In our pursuit to become Ireland’s No.1 Stainless Steel Fabrication Company, we felt it appropriate to invest in a New HSG Fibre Laser Machine. This was a huge investment, but worth it.
The Fibre Laser has revolutionised how we manufacture our products here in ES Design, we now have a machine that allows us to be a lot more creative with our designs, a machine that utilises every inch of the sheet of steel, has little waste, and speeds up production through the factory, with the ultimate quality in finishes. The Machine itself is by far the most up to date Technology we could ever have imagined in our engineering facilities.
As we design and programme the machine for our own projects, we also offer a Laser Cutting Facility aimed at smaller engineering and design companies, who currently do not have these types of machines available to them. Its as straight forward as dropping your materials to the door, with your design and we will programme, cut, and have it ready for collection with quick turn around times. We are here to make your job seamless.
